Following Vince McMahon’s sudden departure from his long-held position atop World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), the company has re-hired a different Vince — controversial writer Vince Russo — to call the shots.

“I’m back in WWE and things are going to change, bro,” Russo posted today on X (formerly TOUT).

Russo did not specify what changes are afoot, although he did include the hashtags #PoleMatches and #Robocop in his post.

Russo will replace longtime WWE honcho Vince McMahon, who resigned in shame this week after allegations emerged that he is pretty much exactly the kind of person we all always assumed him to be.

During a recent podcast, Russo promised to “revolutionize” professional wrestling “once again.”

“I’ve got three words for you, bro: Make wrestling great again.”
