TNA Wrestling star Matt Morgan confessed on Twitter yesterday that his “lifelong dream” is to pitch auto insurance as expertly as the Geico Gecko.

“That little lizard is my hero,” tweeted Morgan, who has been honing his insurance-selling skills in an incessant series of Direct Auto Insurance commercials during Impact Wrestling broadcasts.

Morgan admits he and the Gecko share little in common at first glance — Morgan is gigantic and human, whereas the Gecko is puny and reptilian — but he believes he can emulate his idol.

“Wrestling used to be my only passion, but that little lizard is my new role model,” Morgan said when contacted by Kayfabe News.

“Pitching auto insurance — that’s my true calling.”
