Sources who have seen conservative pundit Tucker Carlson’s soon-to-air interview with Vince McMahon reveal that the exiled sports-entertainment mogul speaks with Carlson “quite frankly” about “things of that nature.”

Carlson traveled to McMahon’s moat-encircled Connecticut castle for the two-hour interview, which began with a rambling 30-minute history lesson from McMahon about why he was justified in annexing wrestling territories in the 1980s.

Fact-checkers at both The New York Times and Pro Wrestling Illustrated noted dozens of inaccuracies in McMahon’s telling of events, including an outright denial that he ever wore a burgundy cloak or made Trish Stratus bark like a dog on live television.

Carlson’s interview with McMahon is expected to air Thursday, and then again in various forthcoming legal proceedings.
