Sources close to WWE mogul Vince McMahon report that even he — like millions of wrestling fans worldwide — is mostly indifferent to tonight’s FastLane pay-per-view.

“Vince has a take-it-or-leave-it attitude about this one,” a friend of McMahon’s told Kayfabe News on condition of anonymity.

“He’s, like, meh.”

McMahon’s lackadaisical feelings toward the event reflect those of most wrestling fans, who are unanimously suffering from a condition known as “pay-per-view fatigue,” due to the over-saturation of the market with the events.

McMahon was reportedly very excited about the Royal Rumble pay-per-view last month, but has “burned out on wrestling lately,” according to the source, and can’t name most of the matches on tonight’s event.

“Vince says he might not even watch show tonight,” said the source. “Or if he does watch it, he’ll probably just stream it illegally because he doesn’t have the WWE Network yet.”
