Fans of professional wrestling are abuzz today after supposesdly rival promotions WWE and AEW jointly announced a co-branded “Supershow” this fall, tentatively titled WWE/AEW Dyna-Mania. 

The event, scheduled for September 31 at the Tallahassee Gatordome, will feature top stars from both WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and AEW (American Extreme Wrestling), and rumored match-ups include:

  • Scorpio Sky vs. Ricochet
  • Jungle Boy vs. Brock Lesnar 
  • CM Punk vs. Goldberg
  • Jon Moxley vs. Roman Reigns

The bout pitting Moxley against Reigns is expected to be the main event of Dyna-Mania, as it will be their first time in a wrestling ring together. 

Many fans and pundits alike dismissed the idea of a joint WWE/AEW event as pure fantasy, since they were under the illusion that the company’s are compeitotors. In actuality, AEW boss Tony Khan is actually Triple H’s cousin, Chad Hearst Helmsley.
