As a cost-cutting measure, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) months ago fired highly paid commentators Corey Graves and Renee Young, replacing them with a pair of long-suffering elderly spouses — and fans were none the wiser.

Graves and Young were replaced by Bruce and Gladys Gliebschmidt, a pair of embittered Orlando octogenarian spouses who verbally snipe at one another around the clock.

In the role of Graves, 83-year-old Bruce prattles on incessantly in one convoluted stream-of-consciousness diatribe after another.

In the role of Young, 81-year-old Gladys, who sadly suffers from the early stages of dementia, blurts befuddled exclamations of “Wow” and “Oh no” at seemingly random moments.

Graves and Young, who have since signed with AEW, admitted today that their Raw replacements are improvements.
