Two weeks have passed since John Cena issued an impassioned WrestleMania challenge to the Undertaker, but with the legendary Phenom still unresponsive, Cena is shifting his focus to the most worthy second choice, Mordecai.

Cena is expected to call out Mordecai — an albino priest of a non-specific religious denomination, whose WWE comeback has been hotly anticipated by fans worldwide since 2004 — during tonight’s broadcast of Monday Night Raw.

While Mordecai does not quite have as impressive a win-loss record as The Undertaker, he did once defeat Scotty 2 Hotty at a pay-per-view, which  ranks him among sports-entertainment’s most elite competitors.

Cena is reportedly determined to square off at WrestleMania against a “paranormal, pseudo-religious figure,” and Mordecai was the next-best choice after The Undertaker, Deacon Batista, and Papa Shango were all deemed unavailable.

If Mordecai declines the challenge, Cena is reportedly planning to get himself on the WrestleMania card by entering the women’s battle royal as “Addison.”
