Retired professional wrestler Mark Calaway, who achieved moderate success in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), is reportedly applying his showbiz talents to another genre of entertainment with his debut country album, Dead Man Singin’

Although fans of sports-entertainment are familiar with the Undertaker’s guttural utterances of “rest in piece,” Mark Calaway has a singing voice that has been described as “a blend of Garth Brooks and Billy Ray Cyrus, but with the hard-rock edge of Chad Kroeger.”

The album, co-produced by rockers Rick Derringer and Robbie Dupree, promises to show a softer side of the so-called American Badass, with a mixture of danceable pop-country tracks and ballads of heartbreak. A leaked partial song list includes these tracks:

  • Broken Streak, Broken Heart
  • Rest in Pieces
  • Raise Your Arms and Let There Be Light (feat. Miley Cyrus)
  • I Can Hardly Bearer it
  • Achy Taker Heart
  • Girls in Cars (cover)

The album is set to drop on Halloween, fittingly, but fans can get an exclusive first listen to Calaways’ debut single, “I Should Never Have Tattooed Her Name on My Neck.”
