Numerous reliable sources confirmed today that legendary professional wrestler The Undertaker — whose retirement status has been the topic of much speculation — will “absolutely” either be at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans, or not be there.

“It is now 100 percent certain,” writes longtime wrestling journalist Dan Mutzler, “that the Phenom either will or won’t be at the Superdome on April 8.”

On Raw this past Monday, John Cena sparked buzz when he both challenged The Undertaker to a WrestleMania match, then immediately stated that the challenge was impossible to fulfill, lending credibility to the rumors about the Undertaker’s presence, or absence, at the pay-per-view spectacular.

Today’s confirmation in the Wrestling Examiner Newsletter gives wrestling fans reason to get excited — or disappointed — about the prospect of one more big match for the Deadman at the Showcase of the Immortals.

Although WWE has neither confirmed nor denied the reports that The Undertaker will or will not be at the event, wrestling pundits have deemed any other scenario logically and semantically impossible.
