World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is in hot water once again after allegations began trending online regarding the Swamp Fight at the Extreme Elimination Horror Rumble Show — allegations that the match had been pre-taped and edited.

“No, that was totally live,” said a WWE spokesperson who, for the sake of anonymity, asked to be identified only as Michael P.S.H.

But eagle-eyed fans have pointed out a number of subtle inconsistencies that indicate the match had not only been recorded on an earlier occasion but allegedly edited heavily as well, such as:

  • How was the camera able to capture and convey Braun Strowman’s inner thoughts?
  • Did Bray Wyatt’s chair really rock on command, or did the crew have to wait for a strong wind?
  • Are hallucinations sharable between millions of TV viewers? Did anyone else see Alexa Bliss, or was that just me?
