As Hollywood rolls out the red carpet to celebrate the magic of cinema at tonight’s Academy Awards, entertainment pundits are predicting that the vast majority of Oscars will, yet again, go to the actors and filmmakers of WWE Studios.

“It’s practically a foregone conclusion that Best Picture honors will go to Scooby Doo and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon,” writes film critic Rex Reed.

“And this is surely the year that Mike ‘The Miz’ Mizanin takes home the award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his heart-rending portrayal of corporate greed in Santa’s Little Helper.

WWE Studios has become the most-awarded production company in cinema history, amassing dozens of Oscars for cinematic masterpieces like See No Evil (Best Picture), That’s What I Am (Best Actor, Randy “I’ll Go to the Papers if I Have To” Orton), The Chaperone (Best Makeup and Hairstyling, for Hunter Hearst Helmsley’s impeccable ponytail), and Knucklehead (Best Original Screenplay).

The nominees for Best Picture this year are:

  • Scooby Doo and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon
  • The Resurrection of Gavin Stone
  • Surf’s Up 2: WaveMania
  • Eliminators
  • Hacksaw Ridge

According to rumors, Hacksaw Ridge only got nominated because the Academy mistakenly believed Jim Duggan was involved.
