An unfortunate typo resulted in a mob of unsavory people showing up at a Toronto arena for what was advertised as a Ring of Bonor event.

A near-riot ensued when Ring of Honor promoter Cary Silkin announced to the large crowd that they had mistakenly come to a professional wrestling event.

The angry mob — many of whom were dressed in leather S&M gear and apparently presumed they would be attending a sex-themed expo — eventually calmed down.

In fact, many decided to stay for the show (particularly the burly, moustachioed men wearing leather), and reportedly enjoyed it.

“It was a bunch of muscular, oiled-up pretty boys rolling around,” said a man who identified himself as Teddybear. “I’d say I got my money’s worth.”
