Professional wrestler Braun Strowman has returned from 40 days of company-mandated sensitivity training, but the Human Resources department at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has expressed doubt over whether his workplace behaviour has improved.

“We are glad to see Mr. Strowman has completed our training program, Holistic Collaboration for a Synergistic Workplace,” said HR Director Cyndi Mahler. “But we are a tad concerned about his dramatic return in an ambulance and subsequent attack on Roman Reigns. He may require some additional emotional-intelligence coaching.”

Strowman was ordered to attend sensitivity training in early May, after being repeatedly warned that his ambulance-flipping, gurney-tossing behaviour was “not conducive to a workplace in which every person feels safe and valued.”

After numerous counselling sessions with psychologist Dr. Marion Shelby, including trust exercises and deep relaxation techniques, Strowman was deemed “emotionally whole” enough to return to work.

Strowman immediately landed himself back on workplace probation, during which he will be required to commit one daily random act of kindness, and flip a maximum of just two ambulances per week.
