World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) announced this morning that comedian and television personality Steve Harvey has been chosen to announce the winner of the “Diva of the Year” Slammy on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

Harvey, known for his impeccable attention to detail and unflappable stage presence, said he is “excited and totally confident” he can live up to the expectations of a Slammy presenter.

“I mean, how hard can it be?” Harvey said.

“You just read what’s written on a cue card.”

The comedian announced on Twitter that he will be “totally impartial,” but that he’s hoping the award goes to “Paige Bella, Nikki Flair or Carmina.”
