Speculation has abounded throughout the WWE Universe for the past two weeks after Enzo Amore has lay bewildered following attacks by an unknown assailant.

Could the perpetrators have been Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson — known collectively as The Ascension or The Reunion or The Hootenanny or something — who were seen lurking backstage the night of the attack?

Or, fans wondered, was it Corey Graves, who seemed quick to point the finger elsewhere? Could it have been Enzo’s supposed best friend, Big Cass, in the ultimate betrayal?

Thanks to leaked documents obtained by Kayfabe News, we now have an answer. Spoiler alert! Enzo’s mystery attacker is…

Epilepsy.

Enzo has struggled with a mild form of the neurological disorder since childhood, and he seems to be more prone to brief seizures after sustaining a concussion last year.

His recent “attacks” were mild seizures, and WWE medics have advised him to get two weeks of bona fide bedrest and to take certified medication.

“Seizure prevention is key,” said WWE’s Chief Physicist Dr. Bob Ponovich, “and you can teach that.”
